The rental is $800Cdn per week. Discounts are available for stays of more than three weeks.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental will secure your reservation.
The rental balance is due eight weeks prior to the first day of your stay. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, payable in Canadian dollars to Andrea and/or Andrew Swan. After the balance is paid, we send along details regarding your stay.
Our house manager will show you around the house and explain how things work. There is an extensive information booklet that will be sent to you in advance of your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible, so that we can look for other guests. If the cancellation is more than 90 days before the check-in date, we will refund the deposit minus a $50CDN administrative fee.
For cancellations after that, we offer two choices:
- if we can find other guests, we will refund the deposits, minus the $50CDN administrative fee;
- if we don’t find other guests, we will keep your deposits to be used for future bookings within 3 years. If you have not booked another stay with us in the three year period, the credit will be forfeited.
